I think that's the name of the book. It was my favorite book when i was little and now that i ahve children of my own, i bought the book for them. It's a story about a little boy who goes through different growing stages in his life, but no matter what he does or where he's at, his mom always comes in to his room to hold him and sing, "i'll love you forever, i'll like you for always, as long as you're living, my baby you'll be." Finall she gets too old to go to his house anymore so her son, all grown up, comes to her bedside and sings to her the same song but ends it with "as long as i'm living, my mommy you'll be."

it is such a cute story and brings a tear to my eye everytime!!!Has anyone ever read it before?

I can't read this book without crying every time!! I tried to read it to my son (he's 5) the other night...(and many nights before) and started tearing up and he looked at me like I was nuts! A beautiful book and so well written...I will pass it on to my son when he has children one day (or when he is taking care of me!!)
